Growth Hackr AI
Beta Test Terms
For the $79 a month beta test plan, and the $29 beta tester price for Mint and warm-market sign-ups. Last updated October 26, 2026 (v2).
1. The offer
- Growth Hackr AI runs your Google Ads for you. You approve the plan, and nothing goes live until you say so.
- This is a beta test. Setup may take a little longer while things are fine-tuned, and your feedback shapes what is built next.
2. Price, free period and automatic renewal
- 14 days free from the day your ads go live, then $79 a month until you cancel.
- If you picked "Mint" or "Warm market" when asked how you heard about Growth Hackr, or signed up through a Mint or personal invite link, you get the beta tester price instead: $29 a month, while the 15 beta tester spots last. The sign-up page shows which price you get before you agree.
- At sign-up your card is saved. Nothing is charged at sign-up, and your plan does not start until your ads go live.
- After the free days, your plan renews automatically every month and your card is charged each month until you cancel.
- Before you start, the sign-up page shows the price, the free period and that the plan renews automatically, next to the button. You agree to these terms and to the automatic renewal by ticking the box and tapping the button.
- You get an email 3 days before your first charge, with the date, the amount and a cancel link.
- Cancel before your first charge and you pay nothing.
- You can cancel online, yourself, at any time. You never need to call or email to cancel.
- Your ad spend is separate. You pay Google directly for your ads. The monthly price is Growth Hackr's fee only.
3. Offer and price testing
- Growth Hackr tests different offers, prices, free periods and features, on different sign-up pages and at different times. Testing is how Growth Hackr finds the best value, service and product for customers, and a price that covers the real cost of running the service.
- Because of this, someone else may see a different price or offer than you did, before or after you sign up. A price or offer shown to anyone else, or at any other time, does not apply to your plan.
- Your price and terms are the ones shown on the sign-up page you used, next to the button, when you agreed. That is what you agreed to.
- Price lock: the monthly price you agreed to ($29 or $79) stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. The lock ends if you cancel or your subscription ends (for example, a payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days). If you come back later, the price at that time applies.
- Other than your price lock, no price, discount or offer is guaranteed, including for future sign-ups.
4. What is included
- Google Ads management, your funnel, and CRO (ongoing page improvements).
- Also included, rolling out: a new website or a facelift for yours, and SEO. These are being built now. No date is promised, and your price is the same whether or not they are ready yet.
- Not included: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, TikTok ads and similar. These may become paid add-ons later. You only pay for an add-on if you choose it.
5. Usage during the beta
- Normal use includes about 5 chat questions a day, 2 small website edits and 2 small funnel edits a month. A small edit is a text change, an image swap or a small section change. A new page, a new section or a redesign is a bigger request.
- Need more? Ask any time: tap "Need more website or funnel edits?" on your dashboard, ask in the chat, or email support@growthhackr.org. Each request is looked at and answered.
- This is a beta. Usage limits and features will change as Growth Hackr learns what things really cost and what works. No specific amount of usage is promised beyond what is written here.
- When something changes, you will be told what changed. If a change reduces what you get, you will be told by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing more.
- If an account uses far more than the plan is built for, Growth Hackr may offer an extra paid option. You get at least 30 days' notice by email first. You can say no; if you do, your use stays within the normal amounts above, and saying no does not change your monthly price.
6. Goals, not promises
- Your "happy place" (for example, 10 new customers a month) is a goal Growth Hackr works toward. It is not a promise.
- Results depend on your market, your offer, your budget and how fast you follow up on leads.
7. Feedback
- Growth Hackr may ask short questions or show a feedback screen. Honest feedback, good or bad, is part of the beta. Your price never depends on praise.
8. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time, yourself, with the cancel link on your dashboard and in every billing email.
- Before your ads go live, the link cancels your spot and removes your saved card. Nothing is charged.
- After your ads go live, the link opens the secure Stripe billing page, where you cancel.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. Growth Hackr keeps working on your account until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Monthly charges already made are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
- If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@growthhackr.org within 30 days and it will be checked and fixed.
9. Contact
10. Changes to these terms
- At least 30 days' email notice before changing these terms in a way that costs you more. You can cancel before a change takes effect.
11. Who you are dealing with
- Growth Hackr is operated by McIlhattan Media LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, except where the law of the state you live in gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
